The National Diabetes Prevention Program is an evidence-based lifestyle change program that can help you lose weight, adopt healthy habits, and significantly reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes. We will focus on lifestyle behavior changes in diet, physical activity, weight loss, and most importantly, your ‘overall health’! Participants work from the complimentary program guide, along with the support of a small group and facilitator. The program is a year long, with the following schedule breakdown. You will meet every week for the first 16 weeks. During the next two months you will meet twice a month. The last 6 months you will meet
