This class is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from India. Its 45-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. This workout is inspired from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. We embody the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aim to expand the reach of fitness to the Pittsburgh community.
Priyanka Mishra is from the state of Odisha, India. And is a clasically trained Odissi dancer and also enjoys all the different forms of Indian dance such as Kathak, Bhangra and Bollywood dancing. “I love dancing as it is a creative outlet, stress relief and exercise. My aim is to share my passion with the Pittsburgh community.” I currently work at BNY Mellon and I graduated from University of Pittsburgh MBA program.
Bring water and wear loose fitting clothes and sneakers.
