Community Yoga with Carrie MacDonald

Mondays at 7pm Room 23  


A 75 minute moderate flowing class designed to increase strength & flexibility. Modifications and intensifications will be given to meet the needs of all students. This class is a great place to start, refresh or deepen your practice.. Some yoga experience is recommended but not required. For class, please bring a mat, towel, water and anything else you may use in your yoga practice. Pay what you can, suggested donation is $5.00-$10.00

Carrie MacDonald has been practicing vinyasa yoga for 10 years. She began her practice under Mark Greim of Edge Yoga in Arlington, VA and continued with Amazing Yoga in Pittsburgh where she received her Level 1 Teacher Training Certificate. She also recently completed the Light Up Your Teaching program with South Hills Power Yoga. Carrie is so excited to bring her love of yoga to the Wilkins School Community Center and share all of its amazing benefits with the community she has made her home over the past 5 years.
