An internship unlike any other
WSCC welcomes undergraduates and graduate interns pursuing these and other areas of study:
- Community development
- Nonprofit and public administration
- Communications
- Education
- Arts administration
Our interns develop professional skills while learning a wealth of knowledge about community nonprofits. They work on challenging projects selected specifically to complement their academic and career interests.
Each one-semester or summer internship is flexible with hours coordinated with WSCC work and the intern’s academic and personal schedules. Project areas include administration, program planning and evaluation, data collection, outreach, fundraising, publicity and community relations.
Applicants must be willing to obtain Pa. Child Abuse, Pa. State Police Criminal and FBI clearances. Fees paid for these clearances will be reimbursed. Internships are unpaid.
