Ed is the treasurer for Penn’s Woods West Trout Unlimited.
His organization hosts Introduction to Fly Fishing at WSCC in the Spring.
The class covers:
• Introduction Trout Unlimited, instructors’ background
• Equipment rods, reels, fly lines, tippets, vests, wading staffs etc
• Knots basic knots including Surgeon’s and Clinch
• Flies entomology and fly selection
• Reading the water inding fish and casting to them
• Casting demonstration and practice outside if weather permits
