Sunday May 13th Books Only – Bag Sale – $5 a bag of books 12pm – 3pm
Local farmers will be bringing vegetable, herb and flowering plants and transform the front lot into an open market with annual and perennial herbs (from common to uncommon, medicinal to culinary) heirloom tomatoes, bird house gourds, flowering plants and baskets, canned items (saurkraut, pickles to name a few) and more.
This year’s participating farmers are :
- Hi View Gardens located in Rockwood, Pa
- Lucky Acres Farm form Somerset PA
- Todd’s Greenhouse of Windber PA
- Swissvale Community Garden of Swissvale, our hometown!
Inside the used books are organized for your viewing pleasure and sold for $1 piece.
Thanks to Goodfellas Restaurant and Tavern there will be
Craft Beer available from 11am-1pm.
