Shimmy your way into fitness while learning this beautiful dance form. Styles include Contemporary Egyptian and Greek Belly dance, Egyptian Folkloric, Shaabi, Balkan, Greek Line Dancing and more. This class is suitable for all levels of experience. Modifications are always offered to accommodate each and every level of dancer. Class typically consists of a short warm up; drills and conditioning; an explanation of what genre we will explore & its historical roots; and pure, unabashed dancing!
